cross-linked (TXL) polyethylene wire rated to 275 degrees at 600 volts.
TXL wire has twice the voltage rating of standard general purpose (GPT)

fuse block. These fuse blocks feature easy-to-find, modern blade-type
fuses, clearly labeled circuits, corrosion resistant construction and a

WIRING
PRE-TERMINATED TO FUSE BLOCK
This is the most important feature of a Painless chassis harness.
How well the wiring is connected to the fuse block, how secure and
permanent the connection, determines how well the entire system will
perform. Every Painless chassis harness comes out of the box with the
wiring already terminated to the fuse block, not by hand but with
state-of-the-art Packard presses. This assures you of a trouble-free
performance that hand or screw connections cannot match. Plus, half the
job is already done for you. Just mount the block and route the wires.
COLOR-CODED,
PREPRINTED WIRE
Wiring a car can sometimes be an intimidating project, but not with
a Painless harness. Open the box and the wire is already bundled in
sections: front, rear, engine, etc. Simply mount the fuse block, start
with one section of the car and route the wire. Each wire is printed with
the application so you know right where it goes. To further ensure a
painless installation, each chassis harness is OE color-coded for easy
trouble-shooting.

control the second battery through the operation of the solenoid.
Switch position one isolates the second battery. Position two

Circuit Universal Modular Harness

looking for the basics? This 8-circuit wiring harness contains just
eight basic circuits - headlights, taillights, brake lights, turn
signals, hazards, horn, gauges, wipers, fan, choke and one
accessory. With 25 feet of wire from the dash back and 16 feet
forward, this harness has sufficient wire to accommodate any
vehicle, including longer wheel base cars.

the Modular Chassis Harness System is our most economical wiring
harness. You build it as you go, so you can completely customize
the harness to suit your vehicle's wiring needs. You don't end up
with circuits or relays you don't need or can't use. The heart of
the system is the basic 4-circuit kit P/N PWP10301. This kit includes a
pre-wired 4-circuit fuse block and two mounting trusses or legs.
The fuse block and the trusses interlock together. This basic kit
has two circuits which will handle a maximum of 10 amps each, one
circuit which will handle 15 amps and one circuit which will
handle 25 amps.
From
there you customize. If you need to add more circuits you can
choose from three pre-wired 4-circuit Add-On Kits (See chart
below).
