Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize from time to time there will be a reason for our customers to contact us.

We do not take payments or answer technical or product information questions by phone. If you have any problems or questions, please email us at sales@trsfabandoffroad.com.

Are you waiting on an order? - We try to provide tracking information when it is available, but sometimes our products are shipped directly from their manufacturers. If you have a problem or concern with an order, please email us at sales@trsfabandoffroad.com. If you do not get a reply in 24-hours, please check your emails spam folder (Note that we do not respond on Saturday & Sundays). You may also contact us with the phone provided on the Paypal transaction. If there is no answer, please leave a message with your name, date of order and description of item ordered. We will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible. In some circumstances, we may not call you back until we have tracked the package or contacted the manufacturer so that we have the information at hand to provide to you.
